A hand made, full steel skewer for meat. Completely hand forged, and gently polished. These are great over the BBQ, when you need a little more distance, but also work great under a grill or in a pan. The thick metal heats up and helps cook the meat from the inside, and the square profile helps to stop meat spinning as you turn it over the flames.
These are made from mild steel, so best to keep them oiled and do not put through the dishwasher.
Approximate length is 450mm, these are all hand forged to order so will vary a little bit, and can take up to a week.
