Bookbinding

Learning the traditional art of bookbinding is a big contrast to my other work, its a slower process, and much cleaner than blacksmithing.. I source most of my materials from shepherds in London, using their fantastic collection to plan some really unique books. I think that there is a long way to go with this, especially delving into the leather binding and perhaps even printing pages on a press. But creating my first few hand bound sketchbooks has been enjoyable and rewarding.
